Minister Of Music

Prefer keyboard, guitar, or bass player. Need: ability to sing (lead worship), develop band, praise & worship team, and eventually choir. Proficiency in (willingness to try) multiple styles that will bless (encourage) a multi-national congregation is important. Ability to write and interest in recording a plus.

Must be born again. Need to be Spirit-Filled (We are a Word of Faith congregation with Pentecostal roots -- think Hosanna-Hill Song / Andrae Crouch-Fred Hammond / Phil Driscoll-Michael W. Smith / Kirk Franklin-Kirk Whalum and beyond...)

Becoming an active member of the church is required and will make the job much easier and you more effective (Weekly Bible Study, especially, is a must in helping you understand the vision and keep your finger on the pulse of the ministry.)

Job requires two (2 hour) rehearsals a week and Sunday Morning Service -- approximately 4 hours. (Set up / Sound Check from 9-9:45 - Call To Worship - Praise & Worship from 10-10:30 {this is flexible} / Weekly Specials / Ministry Accompaniment / Break down & load 12:30-1) Some prep is required (Play lists, arrangements, etc...) Occasional travel with founder optional but greatly appreciated (and compensated).
